| #1 | After
connecting to the internet via America Online, click the "Write
Mail" button to open a new blank email.

| #2 | Address the email to orders@memorialfolders.com and click on the "Attach Files" button. |
| #3 | Browse to your desktop and select the photos that you wish to email. Repeat the process for each photo that you need to attach to the email. (note... if you are sending more than one photo, attach each to the same email. Do not compress, stuff or zip as AOL will do that for you). |
| #4 | After attaching all of the photos you are sending, simply click attach and when you are returned to your email, fill in the subject line with the family name for the folder. Put any notes for the order in the body of the message and click SEND. |
| #5 | We will respond to your email so that you know that we received it. |
